This role is for a Senior Director of Small Business Base Marketing Strategy at Comcast. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead the Small Business base and loyalty marketing strategy, aligning with overall business and revenue growth objectives.
  2. Lead base marketing and loyalty initiatives to expand wallet share, reduce churn, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  3. Build and evolve customer lifecycle journeys with targeted touchpoints that drive engagement, loyalty, and incremental revenue.
  4. Develop and oversee upsell and cross-sell strategies across Mobile, SEP, Wireless Connect, Dedicated Internet, and related solutions in partnership with Inside Sales.
  5. Partner with AI, Analytics, and Data teams to identify at-risk, high-propensity, and high-value customer segments for proactive engagement.
