What you'd actually do

  1. Provide E2E capacity visibility and transparency over the 3 to 15 year horizon including both the internal and external manufacturing network.
  2. Provide strategic insights and shape recommendations with key stakeholders to optimize the manufacturing network asset utilization, guaranteeing long term product availability to our patients while optimizing cash flow impact from inventory, SLOB, contractual commitments.
  3. Partner with Development / Clinical Supply and Value Chain to develop a view on the early development pipeline and assess the impact on future (existing and new) technology requirements.
  4. Designing and deploying adequate planning processes to ensure timely product availability when preparing and implementing product transfers.
  5. Provides strategic leadership by role-modeling the use of data and insights to enable fact‑based trade‑off decisions

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's/University degree
  • 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, planning, or manufacturing
  • Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biologics or related industry experience
  • Strong business insights
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to master complexity and integrate insights into strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence others
