  4. Collaborate with Workplace Real Estate leadership to align in-office and virtual "hubs," ensuring our physical presence strengthens collaboration and culture.
  5. Act as a lead architect for change management, simplifying People Team workflows through automation while ensuring responsible AI governance.
  6. Coach and scale a high-performing team of second-line leaders and specialists, fostering a culture of operational excellence and cross-functional partnership.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of leadership in Talent Management, OD, or Employee Experience
  • Proven track record of owning enterprise-wide performance and succession initiatives
  • Deep experience navigating the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale organizational transformations
  • Modern perspective on how AI, automation, and workforce analytics can be used to augment human potential and simplify complex People processes
  • Ability to translate dense talent data into strategic narratives that influence C-suite decisions
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams, specifically including the management of other people managers
  • High-level organizational design thinking
