Senior Director of Technical Program Management for Commerce Cloud, leading TPMs to deliver initiatives merging human ingenuity with AI agents to redefine the commerce lifecycle. This role requires technical fluency, operational rigor, and executive presence to drive strategy and execution in the agentic enterprise shift.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve the Commerce Cloud operating model. Align vision, business goals, and resource allocation across global engineering and product cohorts.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and EVP/SVP-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
  3. Drive high-cadence forums and "Deep Dive" reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met.
  4. Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of "Beginner’s Mind" innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.

Skills

Required

  • 10–15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams.
  • Deep SaaS Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS business model and Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles (SDLC) at massive scale.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

  • Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Go-To-Market (GTM) motions.
  • Foundational knowledge or training in AI frameworks and their application in enterprise software.
  • Professional Agile Scrum certifications (CSP-SM or CSP-PO)
