What you'll be doing:
- Architectural and technical build of very high-speed wireline links.
- Collaborate with peer engineers to ensure that product requirements, goals, and objectives are met or exceeded.
- Join development efforts to build DSP architecture for future chips and improve the functionality of currently shipping products.
- Work in a diverse, dynamic team to successfully implement advanced communication solutions.
- Determine key technical requirements and deliver flawless system performance.
What we need to see:
- BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of working experience in DSP/Communications.
- Understanding and working experience with DSP communication projects.
- Excellent Matlab development skills.
- A proven track record of system definition and algorithm development.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills in a highly dynamic matrix organization.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Software development skills (C, C++, Python).
- Background collaborating with VLSI teams.
- Experience collaborating with analog/RF teams.
