This role is focused on driving the adoption and usage of XRP Ledger across the European ecosystem by building relationships with builders, startups, VCs, and strategic partners. It involves executing growth strategies, supporting startups, managing partnerships, and analyzing market trends within the fintech and TradFi sectors, with a strong emphasis on navigating regulatory landscapes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute ecosystem growth strategy for XRPL, adapting to local regulatory and market conditions
  2. Source, evaluate, and support high-quality startups and developers building on XRPL
  3. Manage relationships with strategic partners including accelerators, VCs, and fintech service providers
  4. Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including co-selling arrangements, bulk discount programs, and incentive initiatives
  5. Guide startups from early-stage ideation to successful mainnet deployment

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, fintech/TradFi growth, or growth roles
  • Proven track record in deal structuring and execution, particularly with early-stage teams or strategic partnerships
  • Experience working within markets with an understanding of regional differences in regulation and business culture
  • Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization, retention analysis, and partnership performance benchmarking
  • Technical understanding sufficient to engage with product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Understanding of financial instruments, market structure, and regulatory frameworks
  • Familiarity with tokenization trends and how digital assets are being adopted across financial institutions
  • Experience with DeFi protocols and their intersection with traditional finance
  • Clear, influential communication skills with experience building consensus across diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments with high degree of autonomy
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing ecosystem growth initiatives
