Skills

Required

  • 5–8 years in venture capital, ecosystem partnerships, FinTech or TradFi growth, or related roles
  • Proven track record in structuring and leading partnerships with early-stage teams or strategic collaborators
  • Experience operating across markets with diverse regulatory and business environments
  • Strong growth and metrics fluency, including funnel optimization and partnership performance benchmarking
  • Technical understanding sufficient to engage product and infrastructure teams on feasibility assessments
