This role supports the sales cycle for Adobe's Education Solutions, focusing on positioning and demonstrating Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, including Generative AI and AI-powered workflows, to higher education institutions. It requires a Solutions Consulting or Technical Pre-Sales background and the ability to translate customer needs into solution architectures.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the full sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives through solution positioning, demonstrations, and deal closure.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to higher education institutions, helping them reimagine creative, teaching, learning, and document workflows using Adobe solutions.
  3. Deliver compelling, hands‑on demonstrations of Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud, tailored to academic, IT, and executive decision makers.
  4. Provide sales teams with technical pre-sales assistance and direction on business and technical requirements.
  5. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product partners to ensure continuity from pre‑sales through post‑sales adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Deep understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud
  • Experience in Generative AI and AI-powered workflows
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Consulting, Technical Pre‑Sales, Sales Engineering, or Consulting role
  • Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional collaborators
  • Strong customer-facing skills

Nice to have

  • Teaching or instructional experience, preferably within Higher Education
  • Familiarity with higher education pedagogy, and institutional challenges
