Senior Electrical Engineer

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Fort Collins, CO · Mission Systems : Battlespace Awareness Engineering : Battlespace Awareness Radar

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to develop state-of-the-art radar systems. The role involves designing high-speed mixed-signal architectures, embedded electronics, and integrating prototypes into products. Responsibilities include hardware selection, schematic and PCB design, board bring-up, system integration, and troubleshooting across electrical and software boundaries. The engineer will work with modern SoCs, networking hardware, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design combinations of high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power architectures
  2. Design embedded electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, board bring-up, and system level integration
  3. Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMM, etc.) and basic software debugging tools
  4. Work with modern SoCs and networking hardware to build Anduril platforms
  5. Work closely with firmware/software engineers for processor/peripheral selection, board bring up, and troubleshooting.
