What you'd actually do

  1. Hands-on Engineering: Actively participate in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, PCB layouts, and other electronic systems.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software, firmware, and mechanical engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  3. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to develop the team's capabilities.
  4. System Testing and Validation: Oversee system-level testing and validation to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
  5. Vendor Coordination: Interface with vendors to source and select appropriate components for designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
