This role focuses on developing sales representatives by integrating AI-powered tools and behavioral coaching into a flagship development program. The Senior Enablement Lead will own program design, facilitation, and iteration, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI adoption goals and driving measurable improvements in sales performance and AI tool adoption.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead all phases of a flagship cohort-based development program — from selection and curriculum design through delivery and iteration — across multiple sales segments
  2. Own a behavioral assessment and emotional intelligence program, including design, facilitation, and debrief sessions that translate insights into measurable behavior change
  3. Embed agentic AI fluency into sales development curriculum through hands-on workshops and scenario-based simulations
  4. Partner with sales leaders and frontline managers to ensure program relevance and participation
  5. Develop and maintain program content within the content management platform

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience analyzing business metrics and training data to measure program effectiveness
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
  • Certification in DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, or a comparable behavioral assessment methodology
  • Experience designing and delivering cohort-based development programs for quota-carrying sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to build AI fluency into learning programs, including hands-on facilitation of agentic or generative AI tools
  • Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g., Highspot or equivalent) and learning management systems
  • Experience working in a B2B or enterprise sales environment, with exposure to complex sales cycles and multi-segment organizations
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including sales leadership, product teams, and global counterparts
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, role-relevant learning experiences
