Senior Enablement Strategy & Ops Manager

Vanta · Enterprise · U.S. · Remote · Revenue

This role is for a Senior Enablement Strategy & Operations Manager at Vanta, a company focused on security and trust. The role involves designing and executing strategic planning, building operating rhythms, and establishing measurement frameworks for the Global Revenue Enablement organization. The goal is to ensure enablement delivers measurable business outcomes and operates with strategic clarity and velocity. The role requires experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or sales operations, with a focus on strategic planning, measurement, and systems optimization. While the company uses AI, this role is not directly building AI models or systems, but rather focusing on the operational and strategic aspects of enabling a go-to-market team, with an emphasis on responsible AI use.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and own the enablement team’s quarterly and annual planning processes, translating business priorities into enablement roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  2. Build and run the operating rhythm for the enablement team — establishing recurring cadences for priority setting, progress tracking, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making that drive execution and accountability
  3. Create the measurement and analytics strategy for enablement, defining KPIs that connect enablement activities to business outcomes (e.g., time-to-productivity, quota attainment, retention) and building dashboards that provide leadership visibility
  4. Act as a strategic partner and chief of staff to enablement leadership, managing cross-functional projects, driving alignment with GTM leaders, and ensuring the team operates with strategic clarity
  5. Own enablement systems and process optimization — from learning management systems and content repositories to certification workflows and reporting infrastructure

  • Strong systems thinking and process design skills, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, analytics tools)
