Senior Engagement Manager, Creative Higher Education

This role focuses on driving the adoption of Adobe's creative and generative AI workflows in higher education institutions. The Senior Creative Higher Education Engagement Manager will build relationships with faculty, advise on curriculum modernization, guide responsible AI adoption, develop faculty programs, and provide market insights to influence product strategy. The role requires deep credibility in professional design workflows and experience in academic settings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build relationships with design and film faculty, chairs, and deans and advise on curriculum modernization, generative AI adoption, and industry-aligned creative workflows.
  2. Translate real-world and forward-facing workflows into course and assignment recommendations that you deliver to faculty.
  3. Guide responsible adoption of generative AI in higher ed programs and educate faculty and students on use cases, authorship, and ethical considerations.
  4. Develop and scale faculty programs, course pilots, portfolio initiatives, and industry-connected capstones that drive product adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Deep credibility in professional design workflows
  • Proven ability to influence academic leadership and complex institutions
  • Practical and informed perspective on technology in creative production
  • Skilled at turning complex creative workflows into teachable, scalable models
  • Experience teaching, lecturing, or developing curriculum in creative education
  • Experience with pulling together a community of faculty members in digital or physical forums
  • Experience working across various business and creative teams
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution—defining scope, aligning teams, managing timelines and resources, and delivering high-impact outcomes in creative and academic environments
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a creative or design-related field; background spanning creative fields

  • knowledge of the film industry as a plus
