This role is for a Senior Engagement Team Lead at an AI-native legal tech company. What you'd actually do

  1. Own an Enterprise vertical — firm or corporate — leading a team of Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers across multiple client portfolios, accountable for adoption, retention, and expansion at scale.
  2. Support your team on the highest-stakes client moments as a strategic advisor — engaging executive sponsors, quantifying value, and ensuring Legora shows up at its best, stepping in for client conversations as needed.
  3. Build the frameworks and operating rhythms that scale the team — portfolio reviews, coverage and health inspection, and coaching cadences that keep execution sharp.
  4. Set the standard for how the team drives value at scale — turning what works across portfolios into repeatable, scalable engagement motions.
  5. Drive the commercial outcomes for your segment — setting targets across the team's portfolios, guiding complex renewals and expansions, and feeding insight to Product, Marketing, and Legal Engineering.
