This role is for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build internal tools for Shield AI's operations, focusing on manufacturing, operational planning, and execution using Palantir Foundry. The role involves developing backend services, data transformations, and user interfaces, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to technical direction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute the development and release of Foundry-backed applications that power MES, ERP, and operational analytics.
  2. Develop end-to-end features: From backend services and data transformations to user-facing interfaces — ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.
  3. Collaborate with production managers, engineers, and supply chain teams to understand workflows and deliver scalable software solutions.
  4. Leverage Palantir Foundry: Use Foundry’s APIs, ontology, and visualization tools to integrate data across multiple domains.
  5. Deliver continuously: Write well-tested, maintainable code and iterate quickly based on real-world feedback.
