What You Will Do:
Digital Engine Services team is dedicated to providing end to end solutions to improve aircraft reliability while reducing operating costs.
The Project Coordinator provides operational & administrative support to program management office (DES PMO) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Expectations of this Role:
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Support development and maintenance of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress on every project against their baseline project plans and flag delays or risks
- Assist in resource planning and allocation across projects
- PMO Communication
- Support communication between Project team and rest of Digital Engine Services with an emphasis on bridging DES & ICC/IDCC team
- Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes/action logs
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure both in terms of planned and urgent walk-in activities
- Follow up on Digital Demand Sheet actions and maintain project prioritization log
- PMO Systems & Reporting
- Own and enhance PMO Dashboards, including KPI tracking and performance reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across PMO systems including the dashboards
- Develop and improve data visualizations & BI capability to support decision making in DES
- PMO Governance
- Prepare regular project status reports (schedule, cost, risks)
- Ensure proper version control and document management compliance
- Support audit readiness and documentation traceability
- Lead data quality clinic sessions within DES to ensure reliable KPI tracking and reporting
- Prepare regular project earned value reports and support resource capacity planning events
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Certification in Project Management with proven program/project management experience
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Experience with Agile development standards and use of Azure DevOps and Confluence collaboration tools
- Extensive experience with MS Office applications including MS Projects for resource and earned value management
- Experience in aircraft engine performance and operability analysis
- Strong analytical skills and highly motivated with effective problem-solving skills and collaborative with strong teamwork skills
- Proficient at handling several analytical tasks concurrently
- Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI
- Experience in cost control & budget tracking is preferred
Shifts/Work Hours:
Day Shift: typically 9:00-16:00 IST on-site, on weekdays, with 2 hours of remote work to support EST meetings or training.
On-call support: availability outside standard hours for urgent issues.
