Senior Engineer role focused on supporting and enhancing the Workday Payroll, Time, and Absence functionality. This role involves partnering with HR and finance teams to design, configure, test, and implement changes within the Workday HCM product, requiring strong technical leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. PROVIDES technical and thought leadership to the enterprise.
  2. COLLABORATES with team members, customers, and other engineering teams to ensure the security, availability, and performance of containerized applications.
  3. UTILIZES and SUPPORTS the deployment, scaling and continuous improvement of Workday as a primary product that enables Payroll, Time and Absence processes and data flow.
  4. HOLDS accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions.
  5. INFLUENCES and BUILDS vision with team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems for building enterprise class business applications.
