Senior Engineering Manager for Business Solutions Engineering (BSE) at Canva, leading a team to partner with business units (Finance, People, Legal, GTM) to design and deliver end-to-end AI and automation solutions.   3. Driving end-to-end solution delivery — from discovery and design through to production-grade implementation
  4. Coaching and growing a multidisciplinary engineering team, uplifting standards and ways of working
  5. Identifying reusable components (APIs, integrations, automation patterns) and partnering with AI & Automation Platform teams to scale them
  6. Pioneering pragmatic AI adoption, helping teams leverage LLMs and automation effectively
  7. Hiring and developing exceptional engineering talent while contributing to Canva-wide hiring efforts
