Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow Developer Platform teams in Warsaw, Poland, owning the Drivers, SDKs, APIs, and Clients pillar. Focus on delivering a unified driver stack and impacting developer experience on the Snowflake platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and grow a team of talented engineers in the design, development, and support of the foundational clients that connect to our highly parallel and fault-tolerant platform.
  2. Own the strategy and execution for the Drivers, SDKs, APIs, and Clients pillar, with a primary focus on delivering a unified driver stack that consolidates our existing drivers into a single, high-performance universal driver core.
  3. Recruit top talent by interviewing and hiring new team members in a competitive market to grow the team's capabilities.
  4. Develop your people by being responsible for the career growth of your reports, providing continuous mentorship, coaching, and guidance.
  5. Drive technical direction by leading and participating in technical, design, and product discussions relating to your team's components.
