Senior Engineering Manager to lead ServiceNow engineering, Quality Engineering, and AI Transformation for internal enterprise systems supporting G&A functions. Requires strong ServiceNow experience, people leadership, and a vision for applying AI to internal systems to drive automation and efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams across: ServiceNow Development, Quality Engineering / Test Automation, AI Automation Engineering
  2. Own engineering delivery and platform strategy for ServiceNow solutions across modules such as: ITSM, HRSD, IRM / GRC, CSM, Workplace Services, Custom Applications
  3. Define and execute AI strategy for internal business platforms and employee workflows.
  4. Lead QA strategy across enterprise systems with emphasis on automation-first quality.
  5. Partner with Product Managers to prioritize roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
