Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team building cross-app in-product experiences, focusing on engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes. The role involves driving end-to-end execution, owning technical strategy for rapid prototyping, integrating capabilities into scalable user workflows, and establishing a culture of analytics-driven development with experimentation and telemetry. The manager will also be responsible for performance, scalability, reliability, and observability, translating business strategy into technical plans, and mentoring engineers.

Skills

Required

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong product development foundations
  • 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams delivering user facing applications at scale
  • Demonstrated experience supporting product growth, adoption, and commercialization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of analytics driven product development including experimentation frameworks and telemetry
  • Solid grounding in performance optimization, scalability, and production reliability
  • Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Web components, TypeScript, GraphQL, and cloud native architectures
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured technical plans with measurable outcomes
  • Track record of mentoring engineers and building high trust, high accountability teams
