Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Financial Services

This role is for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in the Financial Services sector, focusing on selling ServiceNow's AI-enhanced SaaS platform to specific banking territories in Germany. The core responsibility is to generate new business sales revenue by developing C-suite relationships, creating account strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor. While the role involves understanding and discussing the integration of AI into customer workflows, the primary function is sales, not AI development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  2. Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
  3. Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help help their IT roadmap
  4. Identify the right specialist/ support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
