This role is for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive in the UK and Benelux region for Weights & Biases by CoreWeave. The primary responsibility is to drive new business and account expansion by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting quarterly and annual revenue objectives. The role requires significant SaaS software sales experience and a track record of closing business. While the company is in the AI space and the role involves selling to AI/ML leaders, the core function is sales, not AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive new business and account expansion into the UK and Benelux Enterprise territory by developing and implementing sales strategies aligned to regional and industry needs.
  2. Focus on pipeline generation within defined target accounts while collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate discovery.
  3. Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle and report on activities and progress through CRM tools.
  4. Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for your territory.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience
  • Track record of success in closing business
  • Competence leveraging value selling frameworks such as Command of the Message
  • forecasting methodologies such as MEDDPICC
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level
