Senior Enterprise Application Engineer with a strong understanding of SFDC architecture and hands-on experience in SFDC technology. Responsibilities include designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions, defining integration strategies, building security frameworks, owning data models and compliance, architecting scalable org strategies, optimizing performance, and architecting intelligent automation using Flows, Apex, Einstein, Agentforce agents, and generative AI. The role also involves defining architectural principles, partnering with stakeholders, and guiding development teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales, Experience, Platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce) that meet business, scalability, and performance requirements.
  2. Define and govern integration Strategy
  3. Build and create security framework around SFDC instances.
  4. Own Salesforce data models, master data strategy, data quality, security, sharing, retention, and compliance (PII, GDPR, SOC, HIPAA as applicable).
  5. Architect intelligent automation using Flows, Apex, Einstein, Agentforce agents, and generative AI while ensuring trust, observability, and cost controls.
