Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager

This role is for a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Carta, a company providing software for private markets. The role focuses on managing top-tier clients, driving product adoption, and leveraging AI fluency to proactively engage with customers at scale. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in SaaS environments, and comfort navigating technical and AI systems to build creative solutions for enterprise accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the success and health of your assigned clients by developing strategies aimed to increase engagement and mitigate churn
  2. Become a trusted advisor; develop deep relationships with our most strategic customers by delivering value, sharing best practices and acting as the voice of customer internally
  3. Drive product adoption and usage of Carta throughout the customer journey, including training customers on Carta’s MCP plugins.
  4. Leverage AI fluency to proactively engage with customers at scale. You will build and utilize custom workflows to anticipate customer needs and uncover strategic opportunities within your portfolio.
  5. Lead discovery around private liquidity and IPO advisory to ensure clients are aware of and engaged with our service offerings

  • Exposure to complex product offerings is a plus
