What you'd actually do

  1. Architect – Design bespoke, white-glove launch strategies for Fortune 1000 clients, translating complex organizational needs into actionable, high-impact onboarding plans that drive activation and long-term engagement.
  2. Lead – Command the room. You will own executive-level relationships with senior People Operations leaders, Procurement teams, and Executive Assistants, driving alignment and enthusiasm for launch strategies through compelling storytelling and confident, persuasive communication.
  3. Strategize – Operate at the intersection of customer success and strategic consulting. You will anticipate client needs before they arise, proactively remove blockers, and continuously find creative paths to "yes" — even in the most complex enterprise environments.
  4. Build – Create the playbooks, frameworks, and launch templates that don't yet exist. In a rapidly scaling business, you will define what great looks like — and then raise the bar again.
  5. Activate – Own the metrics that matter. You will be directly accountable for product adoption, activation milestones, and minimizing launch delays, approaching every obstacle with a solutions-first mindset and relentless curiosity.
