Senior Enterprise Sales Manager - Dach

Senior Enterprise Sales Manager role focused on leading a sales team in the DACH region for Qualtrics' Experience Management (XM) SaaS platform. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, driving net new revenue, managing sales strategy, and recruiting sales professionals. Requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales process skills within a complex enterprise SaaS environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of Strategic Account Executives.
  2. Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management, and career planning/development.
  3. Recruit, retain, and nurture your team of experienced strategic ales professionals with high potential and strong performance history.
  4. Provide skill training and mentoring on complex sales motions, including collaboration with legal, product presentations, juggling multiple relationships with internal teams, and quarterly sales forecasting.
  5. Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout at all levels of an organization.

Skills

Required

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve results.
  • Experience closing and/or managing multi-million dollar deals.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of enterprise-level sales experience.
  • Minimum 4-5 years managing a sales team.
  • SaaS selling experience with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Experience exceeding quarterly team quotas.
  • Experience managing complex contract negotiations.
  • Experience using MEDDIC sales processes or similar.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Nice to have

  • Background in CX, Experience Management (XM), market research, analytics, or related enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience selling to automotive, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, or public sector.
  • Prior experience at scale-ups or hypergrowth.
