Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer

Autodesk Autodesk · Enterprise · Bangalore, India

This role focuses on designing and scaling responsible AI adoption and governance across an enterprise, including license management, security, compliance, and usage optimization for AI tools like Claude and Cursor. It also involves creating developer enablement resources and training. A secondary focus is on managing a beta testing platform (Centercode).

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement enterprise AI governance frameworks covering license management, security, compliance, and usage optimization across Claude, Cursor, ROVO, and other emerging AI tools; define provisioning policies, automated enforcement workflows, and audit mechanisms
  2. Ensure compliance with SSO/OAuth policies, identity governance, and security audit requirements across Autodesk’s AI account landscape; own ongoing compliance monitoring and remediation
  3. Analyse per-user and per-feature AI consumption metrics to optimize cost, improve adoption, and surface usage trends; provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on governance and tool selection decisions
  4. Create developer enablement resources including guides, best practices, tutorials, FAQs, and use case libraries to help 5,000+ engineers safely leverage AI tools; conduct training sessions, workshops, and office hours on AI tool usage and compliance
  5. Serve as a trusted advisor to the engineering community on AI tool adoption, troubleshooting, best practices, and productivity optimization while maintaining security and governance standards Monitor community feedback, Slack channels, and usage signals to identify adoption trends, surface pain points, and continuously evolve governance frameworks and enablement programs
