Senior Equipment Spare Program Manager

This role focuses on managing equipment spare parts for Intel's manufacturing operations, ensuring readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM). It involves supply chain optimization, inventory management, cost efficiency, supplier coordination, and risk assessment for bills of materials. The position requires collaboration with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to align material requirements with program goals and ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and monitor raw materials acquisition to support NPI programs and ensure smooth transitions to HVM.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, project management, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align materials requirements, customer demand, and program goals.
  3. Develop and execute risk assessment and mitigation strategies for bills of materials while ensuring cost and quality benchmarks are met.
  4. Analyze complex data to design solutions that enhance supply chain processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  5. Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, optimal cycle time performance, and resolution of material escalations.
