Senior Executive Assistant

Salesforce Salesforce · Enterprise · Sydney, Australia

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support a VP of Strategy, Programs & Enablement and the leader of their Alliance & Channels business. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to operate at speed in a dynamic environment, and strong relationship management skills. The EA will manage complex scheduling, coordinate meetings, book travel, and assist with project coordination and event logistics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day scheduling in a way that keeps the executive organised, productive, and focused on his highest-impact priorities, often making calls on competing priorities without needing to ask.
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings including team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, one-on-ones, customer meetings, and cross-functional sessions across time zones (particularly APAC and US working hours).
  3. Proactively manage calendar priorities aligned to ANZ business rhythms, fiscal calendars, release cycles, customer commitments, Dreamforce, and local events such as World Tour Sydney.
  4. Book appropriate domestic and international travel within Salesforce's travel policy, including trans-Tasman (AU/NZ), APAC regional, and global travel, managing visas, costs, and documentation.
  5. Navigate complex, matrixed organisations with confidence, building strong relationships across ANZ, APAC, and global teams, and recognising key stakeholders at all levels.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant administrative experience, ideally within a global technology or software organisation.

  • Proven ability to operate at speed in a dynamic environment, someone who doesn't wait to be told, anticipates needs, and acts decisively.
  • Experience coordinating across APAC time zones including New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and US time zones.
  • Experience setting up and managing virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex.

  • Ability to apply critical judgement to competing priorities and complex situations without needing to be across every detail.
  • Agility and comfort with ambiguity, you pivot without fuss and find clarity in the chaos.
  • Genuine curiosity about the business, you want to understand the ANZ landscape, the strategy, and the broader Salesforce mission, not just the calendar.
  • A passion for culture and connection, someone who helps make the team feel the energy.
