Senior Executive Assistant – Corporate Development

This role is for a Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. The primary responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, serving as a liaison between the SVP and stakeholders, drafting communications, and supporting financial and business operations. The role requires strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to navigate a global, matrixed organization. It does not involve direct AI/ML work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage a highly complex and dynamic calendar for the SVP of Corporate Development , balancing global time zones, shifting priorities, and critical business needs.
  2. Coordinate and execute leadership meetings, global events, and travel logistics, including pre-read preparation and follow-ups
  3. Serve as a key liaison between the SVP, internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, EC/Board, international partners, and cross-functional teams
  4. Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the SVP, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business priorities
  5. Support financial and business operations by tracking expenses, coordinating budgets, and maintaining reporting tools and data accuracy

Skills

Required

  • Experience supporting C-level or senior executive leaders in a large, complex, and fast-paced organization
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex calendars across multiple time zones and shifting priorities
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand financial, operational, and strategic priorities
  • Advanced communication skills, including drafting executive-level correspondence and presentations
  • Experience coordinating travel, large-scale meetings, and executive events
  • High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to influence, prioritize, and problem-solve independently in a global, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field and 1 year’s experience in field, administration, operations, or relevant area OR 3 years
