Vanta is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role focuses on administrative and operational support, managing calendars, travel, communication, and proactive problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience supporting c-level executives in a technology company and possess strong business judgment, communication, and organizational skills. While not an AI-building role, the candidate should be open to using AI tools to enhance their work.

  2. Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing complex calendars and scheduling with an understanding of business priorities and context.
  3. Own travel and logistics end-to-end, planning itineraries and coordinating customer visits, offsites, and internal events with precision and care.
  4. Streamline communication and coordination, ensuring information flows efficiently between executives, their teams, and cross-functional partners. You will ensure decisions, follow-ups, and priorities are clearly documented and actioned.
  5. Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, identifying potential scheduling conflicts, gaps, or dependencies before they arise and offering clear, thoughtful solutions.
