Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · TX

This role is for a Senior Facilities Service Manager focused on electrical maintenance and operations for mission-critical infrastructure, likely within data centers. 2. Serve as the direct manager for Electrical Facilities Technicians, providing day-to-day leadership, work prioritization, coaching, performance management, and technical development.
  3. Build and lead an in-house self-perform maintenance program for electrical systems, including procedures, training, qualification expectations, execution standards, and continuous improvement.
  4. Oversee maintenance and service execution for critical electrical infrastructure, including switchgear, UPS systems, batteries, generators, grounding, breakers, and power distribution equipment.
  5. Own electrical safety programs and ensure strict compliance with NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout, energized work controls, switching discipline, and electrical safe work practices.
