Senior Field Marketing Manager for Snowflake's EMEA go-to-market, owning field marketing strategy for Scandinavia. Focuses on pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement in an enterprise buyer landscape increasingly shaped by AI. Responsibilities include event management, integrated marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities. Requires 8+ years of experience, strong strategic planning, and proficiency in marketing automation tools. Experience with AI/GenAI tools for marketing acceleration is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the field marketing strategy for Scandinavia, setting the regional approach to pipeline generation, brand presence, and customer engagement
  2. Own the full event life cycle for the region - Drive logistics, operations and execution of all planned events. Help shape event themes, close collaboration with local marketing team, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing etc.
  3. Build and execute a comprehensive integrated marketing calendar spanning field events, executive programs, ABM campaigns, and digital demand generation
  4. Serve as the primary marketing stakeholder for the Scandinavia sales leadership team, co-developing go-to-market plans and aligning marketing investment to revenue priorities
  5. Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology
  • Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one
  • Proven track record of negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
  • Track record of building trusted, peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing joint planning without direct authority
  • Deep experience running executive engagement programs and high-stakes fieldevents that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Experience running 300+ attendee events.
  • Strong command of account-based marketing strategy, from account selection through multi-channel activation and measurement
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms as supporting tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Swedish

  • another Nordic language is a significant plus
  • Experience shaping field marketing strategy across multiple EMEA sub-regions or markets simultaneously
  • Background in cloud data, analytics, or AI platform marketing in the Nordics enterprise landscape
  • Track record of mentoring or developing junior marketers in a distributed team environment
