What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify high-value target accounts. Define and deliver personalized, multi-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans (1:1 and 1:few) to build awareness, drive penetration, and accelerate deal cycles.
  2. Lead the planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of events, including Executive Roundtables, Meet ups, and bespoke networking experiences. Manage all logistics, from venue sourcing and vendor management (AOR) to onsite "day-of-show" leadership.
  3. Own the local pipeline generation targets. Forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of programs on sales cycles, providing data-driven insights via weekly reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate ROI.
  4. Navigate Adobe’s matrix organization to align local needs with JAPAC Centers of Excellence (CoE). Act as the primary marketing consultant to the Japan Enterprise Sales team.
  5. Adapt global campaign assets and messaging to fit the unique nuances of the Japanese business landscape, ensuring all customer-facing materials are culturally relevant and professional.
