Glean is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager for Canada & LATAM to lead regional marketing strategy, drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role involves scaling and localizing events, partnering with campaigns and digital teams, and adapting global programs to local market dynamics. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial marketer with 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in field, regional, or international marketing, with a proven ability to drive pipeline through various marketing programs and collaborate closely with sales leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the regional strategy, planning, and execution of field marketing programs across priority countries.
  2. Partner closely with regional sales leadership to identify priority markets, accounts, and opportunities where marketing programs can accelerate pipeline and expansion.
  3. Bring our core experiential programs to life across the region, including Glean Signature Events and Roadshows, adapting them to local markets while maintaining a consistent global brand experience.
  4. Work closely with the campaigns and digital teams to ensure global marketing initiatives are effectively localized for regional audiences, languages, and market priorities.
  5. Develop and execute a mix of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across both new logo and expansion opportunities.
