What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events that support both immediate and long-term business objectives for ClickHouse.
  2. Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales leaders, to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement.
  3. Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for a variety of events such as trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
  4. Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns, covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies to ensure consistent lead generation and audience engagement.
  5. Track and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies and deliver measurable results.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space
  • Experience in database or data analytics industries
  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in organizing and executing events at both small and large scales
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
