Wiz is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand awareness initiatives in South East Asia and Korea. This role involves developing regional marketing plans, managing events, enabling sales teams, and analyzing market trends. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of field marketing experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Aligned to regional strategy & objectives, you’ll deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets and target verticals. This includes aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns that will drive brand visibility and demand generation.
  2. Lead and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts in the field. Provide them with the tools, content, and resources needed to engage prospects and close deals.
  4. Align tightly with functional teams across campaigns, digital, ABM and customer marketing to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
  5. Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
