This role is for a Senior Field Marketing Manager focused on driving Net New Business in the Enterprise segment within North America. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing a "land" strategy, penetrating untapped accounts, generating high-quality pipeline through integrated "hunter" programs, and accelerating the sales cycle. The role involves partnering with sales teams, identifying and enriching databases, orchestrating Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays, leveraging intent signals for campaigning, curating executive engagements, and deploying high-value offers. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B marketing experience in demand generation and field marketing within Cybersecurity or SaaS, a "hunter" mindset, mastery of ABM and its tech stack, data proficiency, and executive engagement skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Operate as the business owner for the Enterprise segment, held accountable specifically for Net New Logo pipeline and new account acquisition targets.
  2. Partner with Growth Ops to identify and close data gaps within the NAMER Enterprise patch; proactively expand our contact database with key decision-makers (CISO, VP of Infosec) via third-party data partnerships and lead-gen programs.
  3. Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays for "Must-Win" accounts, utilizing personalized content and bespoke digital experiences.
  4. Leverage intent signals (6sense/Demandbase) to identify accounts in an active buying cycle, deploying rapid-response campaigns to capture interest before the competition.
  5. Curate exclusive, peer-to-peer networking opportunities—such as private executive roundtables and VIP "CrowdTour" experiences—designed to break into the C-suite of prospect accounts.

Skills

Required

  • 7–15 years of B2B Marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on demand generation and field marketing within the Cybersecurity or SaaS space.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing campaigns that resulted in significant Net New Logo growth in the Enterprise segment ($1B+ revenue companies).
  • Deep experience with the ABM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense/Demandbase) and the ability to orchestrate multi-channel plays.
  • Experience in database management and lead-scouring tactics; you know how to build a target list from scratch using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Comfort engaging with and marketing to C-level executives; you understand the pain points of a CISO and how to speak their language.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity threat landscape (adversaries, TTPs) to better tailor messaging.
  • A portfolio of previous "High-Value Offers" that successfully drove discovery calls.
  • Experience leveraging local tech communities or user groups to build brand equity from the ground up.
