What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Amazon Web Services Collections processes, tools, and best practices

  3. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and track initiative outcomes
  4. Partner with Financial Operations sites and leaders globally to align on best practices and drive consistency
  5. Develop and deliver training on new tools, processes, best practices, and emerging technologies

Skills

Required

  • Fluent English
  • 3+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or financial operations
  • Proficiency in Structured Query Language for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vertical lookup, macros, and data modeling
  • Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement or automation projects end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Nice to have

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning literacy, including familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools and their practical applications in operations
  • Hands-on automation experience with robotic process automation, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with process improvement, engineering, or product teams
  • Experience with collections tools (for example, Collect) and enterprise resource planning systems
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as QuickSight or Tableau
  • Track record of developing and delivering training programs
  • Experience working in a global, multi-site environment
