Senior Finance Analyst for Johnson & Johnson's Vision division in the Middle East and Africa region, based in Riyadh. Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting, preparing management reports, serving as a finance operations point of contact, coordinating with global services for month-end close, identifying process improvements, providing financial partnering to the business, monitoring KPIs, performing cost analysis, supporting audits, conducting cash flow analysis, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and regional tax regulations, and performing various financial analyses. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, 5-8 years of experience, proficiency in ERP (SAP) and BI tools, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles; build and maintain rolling forecasts and scenario models.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including variance analysis and commentary for regional reporting.
  3. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all Finance Operations and distributor-related queries across MEA, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution. Proactively address issues raised by cross-functional teams and ensure timely payments to distributors, safeguarding business deliverables and overall performance.
  4. Coordinate with the Finance Global Services team and support the month‑end close process by providing necessary accrual entries and reviewing the P&L and Balance Sheet.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardize and automate processes, and lead or participate in key initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.
