Senior Finance Business Partner role in Adobe's Customer Experience Orchestration FP&A group. This role partners directly with senior leaders across four continents, driving performance management, investment decisions, and operational efficiency. The role will play a key part in building scalable, standardized financial processes that improve visibility and decision-making across regions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex, global cost structures and significant FP&A experience. Preferred skills include experience in a technology or SaaS environment and experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python for financial analysis. The role also expresses interest in leveraging AI and automation to streamline financial processes and improve insight generation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the P&L across several international functions, providing actionable insights that guide multi-million dollar investment and cost optimization decisions.
  2. Partner with Customer Success leadership to optimize retention, renewals, and capacity planning, driving improved efficiency and revenue outcomes.
  3. Lead end-to-end financial evaluation of strategic investments, including headcount and tooling, with clear return on investment tracking and accountability.
  4. Manage executive-level reporting, providing clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior collaborators.
  5. Act as a strategic finance partner on key initiatives, crafting decisions and ensuring strong financial outcomes.
