Senior Finance Manager role at Adobe, partnering with the Adobe Technology Services (ATS) organization. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to ATS leadership, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes
  2. Lead end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the ATS organization
  3. Coordinate monthly and quarterly close processes in partnership with the India FP&A team, including variance analysis, risk and opportunity identification, and headcount reporting
  4. Drive the annual operating plan (AOP), including scenario modeling, investment prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
  5. Develop and deliver clear, compelling executive-level presentations and financial narratives that influence senior collaborators

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative attitude that aims to address challenges constructively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and prioritize various tasks effectively.

Nice to have

  • CPA, MBA, and experience with Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, or SAP.
