  1. Bring your experience and best practices from previously having worked on a complex loyalty program.
  2. Be the go-to person in TEaL on the loyalty value proposition and comprehensive understanding of the program nuances and economics.
  3. Help the team achieve KPIs and deep dive on the drivers of success.
  4. Manage the forecasting and budgeting process for the Loyalty program across the globe.
  5. Have a thorough understanding of relevant GAAP principles and their implication on program economics.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of finance experience
  • 4 years in customer engagement/loyalty space
  • Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in Finance, Stats or other analytical fields
  • Solid experience understanding math and statistics
  • Grasp of relevant GAAP and understanding the relationship between financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflow)
  • Ability to utilize Financial Systems such as Hyperion
  • Strong business insight and experience in marketing strategy or analytics
  • Experience working with complex SQL
  • Experienced people leader able to manage geographically diverse teams
