Senior Finance Manager to partner with the Brand & Communications organization, translating marketing investments into financial outcomes and aligning them with enterprise priorities. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business case development for marketing initiatives, ensuring financial accuracy and providing actionable insights to leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, including ownership of bottoms-up forecast alignment.
  2. Translate brand, creative, and communications strategies into financial implications and actionable insights for leadership.
  3. Deliver executive-ready performance reporting, including risks, opportunities, and key drivers of results.
  4. Own financial accuracy and transparency, including spend tracking, variance analysis, and support of monthly and quarterly close processes.
  5. Define reporting needs and partner with consolidation/data teams to deliver scalable, business-relevant outputs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 10+ years experience with 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • advanced Excel required
  • Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • ability to interpret and guide outputs to meet business needs
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Experience working across multiple teams and synthesizing inputs into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
