Senior Finance Operations Analyst

This role focuses on building and scaling financial systems and processes, partnering with stakeholders to implement new tools, ensure system alignment, and drive consistent adoption. Responsibilities include owning financial tools and workflows, integrating financial systems, leading implementation efforts, and improving spend visibility and financial reporting.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the rollout of new financial tools, workflows, and process improvements across the organization (e.g., charge code structures, system enhancements).
  2. Partner with Enterprise Technology and Finance to ensure financial systems are integrated, scalable, and operating effectively.
  3. Lead implementation efforts including process design, documentation, testing, rollout coordination, and post-launch optimization.
  4. Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, or failure points in financial workflows and take ownership of designing and implementing solutions.
  5. Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure financial processes align with operational needs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, accounting operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of core financial concepts (forecasting, invoicing, cost tracking) and ability to apply them operationally.
  • Experience working with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated experience owning and driving cross-functional projects or system/process implementations.
  • Strong judgment and ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems, take initiative, and drive solutions.
