What you'd actually do

  1. Provide finance leadership and decision support to operations and all functional departments
  2. Own and drive monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring all deliverables are accurately and timely submitted
  3. Perform monthly BVA analysis and prepare and submit financial dashboards and manufacturing PL
  4. Perform analytics for business cases, changes to current manufacturing models and new products introductions
  5. Analyze the P&L and Cost of Production Accounts to provide financial insight

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 3+ years of professional Finance experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Sound analytical and technical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Expert applying accounting/financial concepts, practices and techniques
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements, work with minimum supervision and manage several tasks simultaneously

Nice to have

  • CPA, CMA, MBA
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and General Ledger
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, macros and VLOOKUP functions
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or consumer products industries
  • Prior supply chain experience
