This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst focused on Network Strategy within the Orthopedics division of Johnson & Johnson. The primary responsibilities include providing financial leadership and support for network strategy projects, ensuring adherence to financial processes and controls, tracking project costs, developing financial forecasts and models, supporting financial planning activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a preference for candidates with experience in network transformation or supply chain finance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure adherence to financial processes, controls and targets in order to deliver the overall program applying J&J procedures and best accounting practices.
  2. Support project accounting and reporting activities and all program-related compliance inquiries.
  3. Responsible for tracking project costs and activities, develop accurate financial forecast and team up with Project Managers to ensure adherence of project costs vs plan
  4. Develop financial model and scenarios to assess business cases. This might require developing Cash Flow analysis (NPV, IRR) and P&L forecasts
  5. Support financial planning activities following Franchise calendars and processes. Assist in developing and communicating detailed project budgets, analysis and executive summary projections to senior leadership.
