Senior Financial Analyst – Oci Finance – Supply Chain

This role supports Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's Supply Chain organization by focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and close support for global supply chain costs. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to enhance cost visibility, improve forecast accuracy, and align financial plans with operational execution. Key responsibilities include owning planning and reporting for logistics costs, developing KPI frameworks, partnering with accounting and finance teams, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending process improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in cloud infrastructure/hardware supply chain or complex global logistics, strong modeling skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own planning, forecasting and reporting for supply chain logistics costs, and develop, govern and continuously improve KPI frameworks (cost, service, productivity, and sustainability) to drive performance, network optimization, and cost-to-serve reductions and develop KPIs
  2. Work closely with supply chain, Procurement, and trade compliance/legal to align execution with financial goals.
  3. Partner with accounting and finance teams on quarter-end close activities and capital governance.
  4. Identify and communicate risks, cost drivers, and efficiency opportunities
  5. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and reporting scalability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years in supply chain/operations finance, procurement finance, logistics finance, or related roles
  • Expertise in financial modeling and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to derive insights from complex data and present clear business recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • experience with Oracle Financials, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred
  • Experience supporting capital investment, procurement, or vendor strategy is a plus
  • Passion for process improvement, scalability, and automation
  • Direct experience supporting a centralized supply chain hub
  • experience leading or contributing to cross-functional process improvement initiatives in a global finance or supply chain environment
