Senior Financial Analyst role supporting supply chain within the Sustainability Solutions team at Johnson & Johnson. Responsibilities include financial leadership, consolidation and analysis of financials, month/quarterly close, supply chain metrics analysis, process improvement, SOX monitoring, capital tracking, forecast leadership, cost revision process, and financial support for external partnerships. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners.
  2. Consolidate, challenge, and present Actual and Plan financials to business and finance leadership, along with the ability to provide drivers, insights, and value added commentary.
  3. Perform monthly and quarterly close responsibilities including booking journal entries and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
  4. Provide analytics and insights into key supply chain metrics.
  5. Oversight and leadership to process improvement initiatives, SOX monitoring, and capital tracking.
